Happy rainy Friday to everyone. Man do we need this rain !!
I was laying in bed this morning just dreaming about that Brenda’s hungry man breakfast. I decided to just give them a call and reserve our big table for 8:30am on Tuesday Oct 6. Be nice to just keep it close and just enjoy the great Brenda’s hospitality and breakfast. We seem to have a great time there every time. I may also be posting a longer lunch ride for Thursday Oct 8. The weather is just too beautiful next week to have only one ride. Hope to see you at Brenda’s Tuesday morning. Let’s shoot for 24.
What a beautiful day today for a local RTE. We had such a great time at Brenda’s Cafe. We had a nice mix of 23 ROMEOS and Juliets today. One shy of capturing the win over Leo’s max RTE attendance of 23. We’re sort of neck and neck now, but 24 would have been the magic number. Leo is just tough to beat .. at anything really. My wife was glad Leo came today .. just to verify that he’s just as handsome in person as in the pics. Yes he is.
Ok so a mix of 23 today .. but only 17 actual riders. That’s still great. I’ll reference some of the other non riders in my pictures.
Our servers Kylie and Alyssa were just fantastic. What friendly and great service. Our table was all set up with our waters and coffee. I’m telling you .. that’s so nice. Our Welcome ROMEOS sign was just classic Kylie !! Love your spicy humor. Thank you !! Brenda’s is a special place to the ROMEOS and Juliets. We will see you all in Nov !!

I took this nice picture at the Cotter overlook today at 7:30am. It was pretty chilly, but I knew where I was going and who I was gonna hang out with which kept me all warm inside.

Neil was already trying to fix something on Mike Rowland’s brand new beautiful Suzuki V Twin 650. Neil thought that with a few motor mount tweaks, he could rotate his new engine 90 degrees to make it a transverse small block like his surplus of Guzzis. Just leave it alone Hoss.

It was so hard to get Mike off his new awesome Suzuki V Twin 650. Not sure how many hours he sat on his bike .. but he just wanted to show everyone. It’s so high tech and beautiful. He was sleeping in this pic .. we finally alerted him to come in for breakfast.

While most folks were just talking and having a good time before breakfast, Sharon was doing some hand yoga exercises. She’s in great shape. Always exercising. Hey, did you ever find the left lens to your sunglasses ?
Everyone just loves John Hamilton. Folks cannot keep their hands off him. Just a damn good lookin fella. I’d pay for just a little bit of what he’s got.
