Paolucci’s is a family-owned, historic establishment in Atchison, Kansas, that has been in business since 1894. Two brothers, Felix and Dominic Paolucci, came to Atchison from Frosolone, Italy, a small town just north of Naples. Paolucci’s has been in business for 125 years. Their ties to Atchison go back many years. It is known for its home like atmosphere and specializes in Italian and American comfort food, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
