Ok, it's time to mix it up a little bit for next Wednesday. We’ve not had “Mexican Cuisine” in a while and now I think it would be safe to say wintertime is here to stay. it will be “Burrrrrrrr! Cold!

Nevertheless, I’ll be at our next ride with bells on my toes the “Lord willing and the creek don’t rise.” All that being said, I’ve booked El Potro’s Mexican in Paola, Ks for our next ride. As a reminder … this one is in Paola, Ks, NOT in Lawrence, just in case anyone gets confused.

This is one place we all enjoy meeting together and eating some good Mexican cooking. It opens at 11:00 am for lunch. You can order a full meal deal, combo's, (or) la carte singles to your own liking. So, “Happy Trails” to you all, and hope to see you there!

It was a freezing chilly day and there was, “Narey,” not even one bike in El Potro’s parking area. No, not one, except for me . . . your fearless leader. You read it right, that’s me! Believe me, it was a freezing cold ride and Burrrrrrrrrrr! I rode the Burgman to Chuck Sandy’s and left it there (for those of you not familiar with Chuck, he’s one of our own & a motorcycle and repair guy). Thanks to Chuck, I rode with him from his place over to El Potro’s.

In spite of the weather and frigid cold, a total of 11 of us made it to El Potro’s. As usual, the food and service here was absolutely tops. That’s it for now, enjoy the photos.
