John Lord (Hoser) of Auburn, Kansas passed away July 4th. There will be a celebration of his life Wednesday 10:00 A.M. July 24, 2024 at the Community Center in Auburn, Kansas.
Here is his obituary, as it is now:
JOHNNIE R. LORD
Johnnie R. Lord, age 77, Auburn, Kan., passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024.
He was born Aug. 22, 1946, to Ruth and Wallace Lord in Frankfort, Kan.
John did many things. He was a fireman, policeman and long-distance runner.
He was married to Margaret McClary. They had two children, Joni Renee (deceased) and Jeremy; and a stepson, Kent Johnston. The love of his life were his grandchildren, Zackery, Alex, Benny, Breezy, Harrison and Christian. He had nine step-grandchildren. He leaves behind sisters Kathy Wilson and Karen Schell; brothers Edwin, Steve and Robert; and many nieces and nephews. Services are pending.
Memorials can be made to the Animal Humane Society.
