Jack - great ride and enjoyed the meal as always at the Sisters & Friends. As promised I went by the Amish Bakery south of Fulton on the way home and have bad and good news. The original farm bakery didn't open this spring as his daughter got married and moved into the bakery building and his wife had another baby and isn't feeling well. Good news? About 1 mile closer to Fulton on the same dirt road (205th st) they open a new bakery. Called the Broken Spoke Bakery - there is a sign on the side of the road that would be hard to miss. After stopping in the only down side is they are only open Saturdays (any time after 0800) - but same great selection and low prices. Guess you'll have to start scheduling a couple Saturday rides!.

Thank you all so much for coming to Sisters & Friends last week. As always we enjoyed seeing old friends & meeting new ones. FYI there is another Amish bakery at Rich Hill, Mo. 11 Miles east of us. Big sign just as you get to the cemetary, pointing south. Might try it sometime. Thanks for coming, See you next time, Kathy
