August 24, 2012 Romeo Ride to Hume, MO

As Grandpa Jack and John will not be with us this week I have volunteered to help with this weeks Romeo Ride. We will be going to Sisters and Friends Cafe in Hume, MO on Friday, August 24, 2012 for breakfast at 9:00am. I have talked with the ladies there and thay are glad to see us back and will be ready for us. We have been to Hume a couple of times for lunch and were satisfied with the food and service. From personal experience I have had breakfast there in the past and it has always been good.

The perfect riding weather this morning made it a nice ride for the twenty six Romeos that made the trip to Hume, MO for breakfast this at Sisters and Friends Cafe. When we arrived at the cafe there were several bikes parked accross the street from the cafe. I was told there were 13 bikes up from Ft Scott, KS plus the rest of us.

When I called Sisters and Friends to make arrangements for today they were excited we were coming back. As usual they did a good job of and the food was very good. We were seated in the grain bin they have converted into a dining room. I you haven't been here you should make the trip just to see the dining room along with the good food.
