Friday 10/9/26 11:00 AM Short Street Tavern, Montrose MO, CASH TRADE ONLY

[Llawrence]

Weather is looking great next week so let's make one of our longer runs, (longer for some, shorter for others) and meet at the Short Street Tavern in Monrose, MO. on Friday. We were there once last year, and I remember the food being very good and I think they had a really nice salad bar.
Its looking as though it could be an excellent day to ride Friday, so I will meet you all there at 11:00 or a few minutes before. They don't officially open until 11.

Sixteen Romeo's made their way to the Short Street Tavern in Montrose, MO today for lunch. Fifteen of the sixteen enjoyed a fabulous ride over. I won't lie, my back was pretty sweaty by the time we made it home as the temps were near 90 degrees, but all considering, it was a great trip.
The Short Street in my opinion is a little pricy, (ask Dave & Denise about that) but the food was all good with very large servings and one of the best salad bars you will find. I don't think anyone left hungry, I know I didn't.
