Hey everyone. Found a great place with awesome riding roads. I have an 11am reservation at the Rockbridge Trout Ranch. I just spoke to the nicest gal Charlotte who took my reservation. Great food .. trout of course, burgers, delish desserts, etc. As for directions from mountain home, take 201 north right up to highway 160 (by Millers Country Store). Left on highway 160. Before you get to Gainesville, take a right on 181. Then take a left on highway N. You’ll run right into the trout ranch. Hope you can make it. Weather looks great. See you soon.

Beautiful day everyone. Several of us are going to meet at the Mountain Home Salvation Army parking lot at 9:45am on Thursday 3/26 for the ride to Rockbridge, M0. Join us if you can or we will just see you at the Rockbridge Trout Ranch at 11am. Amazing as it is .. it was one year ago today when the team rode to the same place. I’ve never been there. I’m real excited. Table is reserved. Come on and join us.
Be safe .. see you there.

Another really fun RTE up to Rockbridge Missouri at the Rockbridge Trout Farm. I met Todd Merryman in Gassville Ark at our Exxon meeting place at 9:20am. We then rode over to the Salvation Army in Mountain Home and met up with Neil Smith and Mike Newlun. We waited until 9:45am before launching north. We took 201 to 160 to 181 to highway N. Very nice ride. I led the group to the restaurant. When we arrived, there were 7 other motorcyclists hanging out and enjoying the great weather and beautiful Rockbridge Trout Farm setting. The other seven were Glenn Brouwer, Mike and Marsha McClendon, Jeff Smith, Fred Harmon, Ted Terrel, and one more Mike .. and I apologize .. I’m still searching for your last name. So 11 in total. A very nice turnout.
Food was good .. not the cheapest but as Fred said, there are no longer restaurants with cheap prices. Fred tells it like it is and I like that.
Shelby was our server. She was super sweet. She did a good job.
Thank you Rockbridge Trout Farm for the nicest ROMEO welcome sign to date and for the fine hospitality. We will see you again.

- Todd checking on the delivery status of his new Pioneer mini split. Dealing with some crazy delivery company. I thought he was just calling his wife Michelle to let her know he made it to the Salvation Army meet-up location. Todd is a man’s man. When it comes to communication .. less is always more and more is just too much. I could learn from him … ratchet down my loquaciousness just a bit.

- Fred told Shelby to pour that ice water on me. I also owed Neil lunch today because he bought my lunch at Fun Days this week. I think I had a $7 hamburger and a coke. He decided to order the pecan crusted crab and shrimp roasted trout dinner. Thanks Neil. No .. Neil is thoughtful. He just got the $17 dollar basic burger.
