There has been a request from one of our Romeo Rider’s to ride up to Rulo, NE. Not only because “Wild Bills” has good food, but also it has been reported that at this time of the year, hundreds of Bald Eagles are landing in the “National Wildlife Refuge Ctr.” next door to Rulo. This will be something to see while we are there.
“Wild Bill’s” restaurant is the only and best place to eat. It is an awesome place with warm and wonderful people to meet. You can get the plank fries! In fact- get anything. All the food they have is great. The temperature will be in the 60’s for a high of the day. So, once again I hope to see you all there!!!

I added the location for the Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge to the Romeo Map. Here is a link to their website: https://www.fws.gov/refuge/loess-bluffs

Ok, just in case everyone is wondering about the delay of last Wednesday’s post, here is the scoop. Some may remember I’ve been entertaining company these past few days. Then on top of all that my computer has become very jealous for not paying any attention to it for being gone for so long.
So, here goes; after a long period of coaxing my darling PC to calm down and start working with me, I think we’re back in business for posting last Wednesday’s ride. It was absolutely a beautiful day to ride and there was a tremendous turnout for Rulo, Ks. Over 35 riders and about as many motorcycles were there.
Some were interested in the hundreds of Bald Eagles landing at the “National Wildlife Refuge.” I wasn’t able to attend this event but would love to hear from those who did. OK, and enough already. I don’t want to delay this post any longer. Here are the photos of the day.
