South Central Breakfast- July 30, 9:30 AM

Post by roginoz »

Someone suggested a return to Carolyn's recently, so it's back to Arlington next Wednesday. Carolyn's is located at 104 Main St. All the normal breakfast items, plus homemade cinnamon rolls.

Carolyn's Cafe Essenhaus was top notch this morning for our group. The lady tending us was friendly as she took the meal orders. Food was great, as usual at this location. Distance is out there, but we have the time. Speaking of time, lets not be real early - try to gang up at listed time, makes for less confusion.

We had 20 riders on 20 bikes and one pickup driver. The 20 bikes rolled 1529 total miles! Easy to say there was no wimpy riders this day. Several were 112 to 115 miles from the Oxford area. Looks like Rick Lark was the long rider with 115 miles from Rose Hill. Lowest rider was 55 miles. Me and Rusty was 99, that is darn close to 100 miles. Roger was a cage driver, he may be back on 2 wheels soon. A great day, enjoyed by all.

Lets do it again next week. Roger will post the location when he has a mind too. See it then - and see the snapshots below. I post a photo of Joe on his first bike - way cool.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not sure.
