Option A this week is a return to the Rustic Duck in Appleton City. I had planned on being there last Tuesday but cancelled due to weather. The weather looks perfect this time. Lunch will be at 11. As before, they are normally closed on Tuesday but are opening just for us! Jamie said the doors will be open earlier than 11:00 so we can enjoy the atmosphere of this unique place. The restaurant is on a gravel road about a mile off the highway.
Like last time, if you are uncomfortable with the gravel, go to Zink Motors (Ford dealership) in downtown Appleton City and we will shuttle people from the dealership to the Rustic Duck. I plan to be at Zink Motors around 10. If you are coming on 4 wheels, have and extra seat, and would be willing to shuttle someone, send me an email with your phone number and I will call you if we need help--thanks. If you plan on being shuttled, send me an email too so I have an idea of how many may need a ride.

Option B this week is the Hilltop Market in Easton, KS. Looks like it's going to be a sunny ROMEO Day! Let's take a ride out to Easton for Breakfast, they will be expecting us at 10:00, see you all there.

We had 24 ROMEOs at the Rustic Duck today. There were a lot of bikes out front and we left a few at Zink Motors in town, thanks for the shuttle. We all had a great time and the ride to and fro couldn't have been any better. Thanks Jamie for taking care of us on your day off, everybody looks forward to visiting the Rustic Duck. I had an interesting ride home via Missouri back roads, paved and not, ask me about it.

Today we had 22 ROMEO's ride up to Easton, KS. The Hilltop Cafe provided excellent service and food and the weather was perfect. More of us rode than came in cages not sure of the total but there were 12 Motorcycles in the parking lot when I arrived. Hope everyone enjoyed the ride as much as I did, see you all next week.

Not sure if you counted them in your totals but two riders came in for lunch after most had left: Chris C. and Doug E. Dummy me didn’t take their pictures.
