Here is a new Romeo stop, Farm Hand Restaurant at Eve corner, Deerfield, MO. Eloise mentioned this place to Jackie this morning, so we spun over there for supper. Wow, what a burger they make. We decided right then that we need to meet here on a Friday morning, so I talked to the owner and set it up before we left. He said we could have the whole spare room to put tables together. Farm Hand is on the corner that goes to ADM Soybean plant and the owner says that he gets a whole bunch of those guys at lunch time. So, I scheduled us for 9:30 to give us plenty of time before they come in. They will, however, make burgers and fries at that time. If their breakfast is anything like their burgers, it will be a treat.
See you all there at 9:30 or a little before.

What a relief to see some sunshine and warmer temperatures, this was a long cold week. Sixteen Romeo's arrived at Farm Hand Restaurant this morning to bring this cold week to an end.
The Farm Hand ended up being a very pleasant surprise. I knew already that they make an awesome cheeseburger, but their breakfast was right up there as well. Our waitress took orders as soon as you sat down, and the food started coming out very quickly. She even set a coffee pitcher in the middle of our table and refilled it once as well as our cups, and it was Hot black coffee! The owners and the waitress at Farm Hand were courteous and very appreciative for us coming. I will definitely add them to our spreadsheet.
