There will that "Small Group" leaving Bob Lee's house at 11:00 for the ride to Arlington.. Bob's address is 3101 South Waco. Take 31st Street South to Waco--Turn North and go to the end of the block and turn West for just a few feet..Look for the three car garage on the South side of the street.... ( Me --- thinks--- the garage is actually on 30th Street. ) Arlington is a fantastic place to eat...Try not to miss this one..

Arlington at 12:30, OK..... If you would like to leave from the north end, a few of us will be leaving from the Maize Kwick-Shop, 53rd and Maize Road at 11:15 sharp, try to be there before then and ready to ride. Ummmmm, This is one of my favorite places, and I can hear some of their pan-fried chicken calling my name right now. Hope to see you there.

Man that was some good pan-fried chicken !!!!! It was a little windy riding, with the wind out of the south and with the majority of our riding going west or east, but the weather was beautiful. Not too warm and not too cool, just right for riding and feeling comfortible wearing a light motorcycle jacket. Once again the girls at Carolyn's in Arlington treated us great. They were as always helpful and friendly, and handled our group very competently especially since we had a good sized group of 30.... It must have been a good day to ride, because as I was leaving, I saw a small group of FSSNOC riders sitting at a table out front, who had decided to have some of Carolyn's chicken also. We stopped for a moment to say hi and went on outside. There were a good assortment of bikes parked along the street and in a parking lot beside the cafe for us to look at and tell stories about. It is always great seeing the other ROMEO riders and get to talk with them for a while. Everyone finally rode away heading back home or where-ever, and the ride back was just as windy but ever so enjoyable.
