OCTOBER 21ST, BREAKFAST OR LUNCH, 10:00 AM, MUSCOTAH MERCANTILE CAFE, MUSCOTAH, KS

It has been a long time since we’ve been here, too long!! I called ahead to be sure that they were still operating. “Vawalla,” the answer was affirmative. I was given the green light to come on up and they will be waiting for us.
Great home cooked food. Restaurant with a great, friendly staff and atmosphere. A mom & pop local eatery specializing in homestyle cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner north of Topka & KC. It is looking like we will have a great day to ride with the weather in our favor (60’s & 70’s). Do I need to say any more? So, hope to see you all there!!!
PS: Some of you may not have heard that Jerry Berg, one of our own from Independence, MO, was struck with a stroke a few weeks ago. Those of you who know Jerry have been asking about how he is doing. He is in a rehab facility receiving therapy treatments and coming along just fine. Currently he told me he may be close to going back home from the care center. He is really anxious to be able to join all the Romeos again. I told him we would keep him in our prayers.
