Per Tad's request, lets meet at the Rockpile Cafe next Friday in the big city of Sheldon, just south of Nevada on 49 hwy. We were there several months ago and as I remember it was all good. Not trying to jinx us, but could we be getting really close to a riding day? I can't even remember the last time I have gone on the bike, at least on a Friday. Ok, I've done did it. Wait and see, it will be windy and colder than blue blazes now. Either way, we will go have a good lunch and visit.
I will plan on seeing you there at 11 or a little before.

Seventeen Romeos rolled into the Rockpile Cafe this morning @ Sheldon, MO. Six of the seventeen arrived on bikes, and another six, almost did. The almost diders had an array of excuses and chose the easy route. Friday was a marginal day, kind of chilly, kind of windy, and the roads are still kind of dusty from snow treatment, but it was definitely ridable. Oh well.
The Rockpile was a very good stop for us today. They had tables scooted together for us and the service was superb. They offered to cook either breakfast or lunch for us, and all of this was in front of a crackling open fireplace loaded full of hedge. How neat!
