JANUARY 28TH, LUNCH, 11:00 AM, EL POTRO’S MEXICAN CAFE, LAWRENCE, KS

Today I’m sitting here looking out my picture window and watching all the snowflakes create a white fluffy carpet on the ground. I’m enamored by nature forming a beautiful “WINTER WONDERLAND” before my very eyes. The landscaping is looking over a large backyard, outlined by trees & woods running along the creek here at the “Tallgrass Creek Village.”
Ok, I’ll stop my “pontificating” and stay focused. The good news is that the snowy weather will be passing and hopefully cleared out by the time of our next Wednesday’s ride to El Potro’s in Lawrence. Although it will still be 35º for the high - BURRRRRRRR COLD!! So, I’m sticking close to home for this ride. Be safe until then, and I hope to see you next Wednesday.
