Let's try one next week that the Romeo's have not been to in many years. We will meet at the Farm to Market Restaurant in McCune, Ks Friday the 25th @ 11:00. It is my understanding that they are as the name implies, Farm to Market, all fresh locally raised and grown. It appears they are half restaurant and half retail store. Farm to Market sounds like a very interesting place to visit.
Right now, the long-range forecast is predicting a day very much like Fri. the 18th was, warm and cloudy with a slight chance of showers mainly late in the day and overnight. We will have to wait and see.
I will see you all there at 11:00 or a little before.

Fourteen Romeo's arrived in McCune, KS today to have lunch together, eight on bikes. Even though the day started off very gloomy, misty and wet, it cleared out just in time. Man, I'm telling you, today turned into one of the absolute best days to ride. Temperatures were just right, very mild wind, with the sun breaking through most of the time. The landscape is so green and alive right now, the weekend following Easter. SPIRITUAL, what can I say?
Farm to Market was a real joy to visit. The owners of the place take great pride in keeping the place absolutely immaculate, you can see in the pics.
The food and service were top notch. The menu might be just a tad bit high, but the quality was top notch. A couple of the gals got chicken strips. For crying out loud, it was more like fried chicken breast cut in half. I've never seen anything like it. I'm certainly glad we made the trip to McCune. We most definitely will be returning.
