Let's try one this week that we haven't been to since Nov. 2021, Harvesters Grill (formerly known as Barnhouse Cafe), in LeRoy, KS. It took some time getting through to them with the name change, and they are having telephone issues right now, so they are working from a temporary number. Jackie finally discovered this on FB. Once I got an answer, she was very excited to have us.
We will meet @ 9:00 again to stay ahead of the peak heat.
I would like to extend an invitation to all the neighboring Romeo groups to come meet with the SEK group. As far as I know, we are the only group riding on Fridays. What a better way to kick off the weekend than taking a Friday morning Ride. Shoot, even if you're not a Romeo and like to eat and ride, come join us. IT'S ALL GOOD!
See You Then.

Eight Romeos showed this morning at Harvesters Grill in LeRoy, KS. Cliff, Leland, and Larry/Jackie were the lone riders to make it on a cloudy misty morning. From Fort Scott, we rode about thirty minutes in light rain but never hard enough to get wet. Actually, the temps were really nice for riding, but it was a little on the windy side.
We were really impressed with the little restaurant. The gals had special table coverings and paper menus made up just for us. The service was superb, and the food was just as good. You can tell that the small building has been remodeled, in fact, the outside isn't quite done yet. After eating, we took a short cruise around town. and I'm telling you, the town is kept really neat. The main street area and city park is spotless, and most residential areas really looked nice. Good Job LeRoy, KS.
