Mapleton lunch

We did arrive in Mapleton today. I had told them to expect from 35-45 riders based on the turnouts we have been having and the that it was predicted to be a little chilly this morning. The overnight temps were milder and that made morning look even better. 62 according to our official counter made it today. I thought they did a very good job handling the crowd, the food was good, but I bet if you stopped in with a buddy or two instead of the troops we had the chow would be even better. Kent said he had the best pie he had ever eaten there. We need to get our resident Coconut Meringue expert Bob there to verify though.
I did stop in and visit with the ladies at Two Sisters in Kincaid. They said they were ready any time and I know they have great food. Great day for a ride and good to see all the smiling faces.
