Dear all
Apologies for the long delay in talking to you all but I had a serious head injury after a very low speed accident as a pillion while touring Morocco in 2017 and spent the last year without a licence, just in case of seizures, before finally getting it back this March. Good to be back on a bike again but my Bonneville took to sitting around for a year very badly and is currently with the pet mechanic but sulking and refusing to run properly. (Gummed up carburettors due to fuel going off)
Anyway we have a new member this time round, an old friend called Paul from our RAC/ACU training centre days at Crystal Palace in the 70s. Paul used to ride Panthers but is now more often to be seen on a BMW RT!
Our next meeting is at the Three Horseshoes pub in Elsted, near Midhurst, Hampshire at 13.00 on July 9th this year and we are all looking forward to it very much. Website details are: www.3hs.co.uk
Regards and thanks to Jerry for changing my password yet again! You are worth your weight in gold....
