Just my first post. It's the
first day of Winter in Kansas and I went riding

and the bike needed gas

.
Be thankful we are in the midwest, not back east and watch out for sand.

I debated a ride today and decided not. Will probably regret it. Not as much as my wife will. I get real grumpy after a week or so of not riding. At least with the BMWs in the barn I have something to ride in this weather. The Harley and Triumph do just fine, but the salt is hell on the wheels. Of course with any of the bikes the salt gets to the aluminum, and any thing that isn't painted.
Ride safe

Right. Besides the damage to the bike from the salt, I'm too big a sissy. Too cold for these ol' bones. Now...if I was electrified...
