Tuesday we are going to a new place located in Adrian, MO. This is a new place that is individually owned and operated by Jim and Billie Osborne. They are located on Old Hwy 71 South in Adrian just south of the Caseys Store. They serve breakfast till 11:00 then lunch after that. I have eaten breakfast and lunch at this place and have yet to get a meal that I would not recommend. I especially enjoy the biscuits and gravy. Whatever you choose they will try to please. Sounds like the weather forecast is good and should be a good day for riding.

Recently we discovered a new Ice Cream shop in Adrian located in downtown Adrian on Main Street that serves pecan pie shakes. Just in case you have room for ice cream and pie you might wish make a stop at Byrds Pecans. You can have any kind of pie you wish along as it is pecan. They have pecan, caramel pecan, chocolate pecan, dark chocolate pecan, reeses pecan plus many more that I can't remember. The ice cream is homemade. If you don't get full in Adrian I don't know what to tell you.

What a great day to be a Romeo. By the time I left to make the long trip home I had counted 63 Romeos that made the trip to Adrian for either breakfast or lunch. It was cloudy and some even drove through a little moisture to get here but that doesn't deter a Romeo from his task of checking out a new restaurant. I believe the crew did a good job of taking care of us. They don't have a crowd the size of ours but did a good job. We will keep this one on our go to list. I think some even stopped by Byrds Pecans for a pecan pie shake.

Thanks for making the trip today.
Proud to be a Romeo
Randy

We thought there would be a wait for food with so many Romeos ahead of us, but wow, order up and order out! The shakes were everything we had heard, it was very quiet as we enjoyed them. Another Romeo home run!
