We've not been here for a long time, but Tad stopped in recently and said we need to get it on the list again. They open at 6 a.m. and serve breakfast all day. Lunch starts "around 10:30 or 11:00...soon as its ready". Now, here's the rub. Tad said to put it on the list but could not remember to name of the place and did not get a phone number. "It's on the corner of an intersection", he said! Hope I found the right place. There are more cafes around there than one might think.
Weather forecast is for sunny skies and 88 degrees...first day all week without rain. Hope it holds true. I saw Loyal out driving around in his car Sunday afternoon. He's getting better, for sure.

Sorry ya'll. Bill and I have been trying to make it to your group but something seems to come up. We were headed there today but it started to rain so headed back. Hit a couple of storms that came up behind us. Maybe next week. Glad Loyal is doing better. Best regards. Ride safe.

Hi Linda & Bill, To bad you did not make it to lunch today. There were 7 on 4 bikes 2 cages. The food & visiting was Good. Lyle took pictures maybe he will get them posted. We did not get rain coming from the south but some going back north were worried about running into it. Hope to see you the next time. The other Linda!

Some of the rides I regret most are ones I never took. And, Friday was one of them. The radar and the forecast both said to take the pickup so I did. Not a drop of rain did I see going or coming and the weather was great with cooler temps and overcast skies. A great day for a ride I did not take! Loyal spent most of this last week in a hospital in Olathe. He developed a blood clot in his lung and went for treatment. I talked with him Friday morning and he thought he'd be home that afternoon or Saturday.
The "other Linda" already posted but I will add this was one of the best breakfast meals I've had in a restaurant for a long time. They even were able to fix the hashbrowns crispy enough to please Tad. I didn't get any photos inside but took a few in the parking lot.
