Someone among is is closing in on "old fart" status. Well, he is getting closer anyway. Seems he recently completed some epic ride somewhere where the grizzlies poop pepper spray and little bells. Anyone know his name? He recently took a giant leap of faith and moved to Tejas.

I bet the new Old Fart is Jerry our infamous webmaster. He turned the rip old age of 56 today! Happy Birthday Jerry and thank you for the continuing work you do to keep this site up and running.

Yes, indeed, and thank you guys both. Sorry I won't make your birthday, Ken, I'm sure I would get the 'longest rider' award. Hope you and Walt have a great celebration. Both of you are celebrating real milestones!

Hey Jerry---Happy Birthday. Hope you had a fun time today and have more birthdays down the road. Your too young to call you an old fart, so Keep the rubber side down and ride defensively.

Jerry...turning 50 in my case or 56 in your case isn't a big accomplishment. EVERY Romeo has been there. However, Walt turning 80 and still capable of riding 500 mile days in the mountains of Colorado is an accomplishment most can only dream about. My buddy Walt is my idol. He's a true inspiration to every ROMEO and me. I'm amazed every day by his fountain of youth.
