Sat Sept 8 morning anybody who knew or rode with Bill Manning are meeting at IHPO at 20100 E. Valley View Circle in Independence MO. at 9:00 AM. Will eat Breakfast and ride to cemetery for memorial for Bill. His brothers and sisters and riding friends will all be there. Dennis
