Let's try the One-Stop Restaurant in Parker, KS this Friday @ 9:30. Not sure if Romeos have ever been there or not, but I have read several good reviews. Apparently, the One-Stop is a gas station/convenient store/restaurant, similar to Emery's in Deerfield, MO, which we have been to and really liked. I told her to expect 15-25 and she said no problem, they would be ready for us. So, apparently, they can seat several.
As of right now, looks like chances of rain about every day this week except Friday. So, I'm planning on a riding day!!

We had a small group of eight Friday morning at the Parker One-Stop restaurant. I suppose being the start of a holiday weekend had some folks tied up. Cliff and Larry/Jackie were the only two bikes on a cloudy but nice morning.
The food and service were good. Our little waitress was quick to keep our drinks filled up. Oh, the 8-foot rooster out at the road is cool too.
We hope Leland's surgery went well so he can get back out on the trail soon.
