We will meet this Friday at the Dutch Country Cafe in Garnett @ 11:00 AM. I'm quite sure the Romeo's use to meet in Garnett, but it's been a minute or two. I thought it would be a good place to return to and ride some different countryside. Meeting at 11:00 at this location will hopefully bring some of our northern Romeo friends down to meet with us. What better way to start a weekend than taking a Friday ride.....it works for me!
Julie at the cafe said she will have the back banquet room ready for us.
Looks like most of the week will be rain here and there, but hopefully Friday will be good.
FYI- The cafe will only be serving lunch, and any group over 10 will have a 20% gratuity added to each check.

We had a nice group of 19 Romeo's at the Garnett Dutch Country Cafe today. Eight arrived on bikes on a beautiful day to ride. I made the comment this morning that we must be living right. With all the rainy stormy days we've been having, the last three Fridays in a row have been great riding days.
I was amazed at how nice and how large this cafe was for a town of that size. Sounds like, it has been a Romeo favorite for several years. The menu might have been a little pricy compared to some we visit, but the food was really good, and the service was remarkable. I think the DC Cafe definitely rates a on our list.
