There is nothing to get over. We learn to deal with loss of loved ones, dear friends. You have great memories of a riding buddy. You cannot change what happened no matter what. Cherish the time you had and the great memories. You don't diminish your lost friend, you celebrate him.

If you ride through the Indian Reservation be certain to watch for speed limit changes and do not speed. Speeders are a target for Reservation Police. FWIW.
