North Central Kansas Weekly Ride 3/20/24

I thought about trying to set us up for the 20th at at place in Lyons KS called "Lyons Mexi-Cajun" but figured I better check it out first. Today, a friend and I went over to see what it was about. The building looks pretty rough. It seems the chef was a chef in Dallas, TX at a Cajun place and he brought that to Lyons. I had the blackened catfish, dirty rice and hush puppies and it was OUTSTANDING. The dirty rice was among the best tasting things that I have ever put in my mouth. My friend is a "foodie" and was VERY happy with his fish taco. They serve Cajun food or Mexican food. Expect a lunch there soon.

On to business at hand. This week's ride will be to Ellsworth, KS to Ele's Corner (formerly Paden's Place).
