Tues 12/12/23 Kansas City Holiday Lunch at Pegah's (K-7), Shawnee, KS

This Tuesday, December 12, will be a combined ride for our annual Christmas get together. This is the Pegah's on K-7 (located on the northeast corner of K-7 and Johnson Drive in Shawnee at the north end of the strip mall). I talked with Stephanie this morning and Pegah's will be ready and is expecting a whole lot of ROMEOs at 11:00. We will order off the menu (see link below). I hope you can all make it.

Today we had 78 ROMEOS enjoy the Christmas gathering at Pegah's in Shawnee. We had 7 riders in the group today.

We had a great time at Pegah's today for our Christmas dinner. We had ROMEOs from both Kansas City groups, Eastern Kansas ROMEOs, Lamar ROMenEOs, and a couple from the Arkansas ROMEOs. Count was somewhere around 75. It was great to see and visit with everyone, especially some ROMEOs that we hadn't seen in a while. Stephanie and the Pegah's staff did an outstanding job for us. Everyone I talked to said they enjoyed the day.
A special welcome to Lee and Rosetta C. for stepping up as the new Kansas City coordinators. As you already know it is a very special organization and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I look forward to working with you. Thanks to Bob and Wanda for 5 3/4 years as Kansas City coordinators--they have been great to work with and to have helping me along. It sounds like they will always be available as backup and are also going to be involved in some special events this year.
