This has been a ROMEO regular stop in the past but it has been several years since we’ve been here so it’s about time to return. They don’t open until 11 so plan on lunch for this one. I don’t know whether they will have a special that day or not, but if they do it will be!

There are no special attractions for this one but it’s a nice small town bar and grill with good food. So a chance to ride, meet up with friends, good weather and a chance to eat lunch with Mike, Don, and Bob should be enough. Plus, they may have a drawing for a free kitten.

Without further ado, don’t overlook Overbrook and have lunch at:

This was Mike’s smile the last time he had a hamburger at TJ’S.

RIDE REPORT: OCT. 18TH, 11:00 AM, TJ’S MAINSTREET BAR & GRILL, OVERBROOK, KS

This is a perfect time of the year to ride and today was no exception. With partly sunny skies and temperatures in the high 60's, 30 ROMEO's decided to make the trek to beautiful downtown Overbrook to dine at TJ's Mainstreet Bar & Grill.

Motorcycles were the primary mode of transportation parked on the main drag of Overbrook as we pretty much filled up the block in front of TJ's. Although there was only one server and I believe one person working in the kitchen, our orders were taken efficiently and we were all served in a very timely fashion with very little waiting. Brad and Kai joined us from the Manhattan area and we welcomed a brand new Romeo from Overland Park, Steve S. He completed his official ROMEO first visit with the purchase of one of the last two Romeo hats remaining from our most recent order. BTW, Al H. has one hat left if anyone is wanting to get their holiday shopping started early!

Also, welcome back to Al H. as he returned from his trip to Wisconsin. I am sure you are all happy to have our fearless leader back at the helm after his two week absence. I know I sure am!!

Oh, I guess we missed the drawing for the free kitten!

Got a few photos to document our ride today. Hope you enjoy them. It sure was a great day to be a ROMEO!!
Like I said. Not much car parking on main street.

Good to see Mick S back in the saddle after a few days enjoying hospital sponge baths from the LMH nursing staff.
