Option A this week is Snead's BBQ in Belton. I needn't say more--this is a ROMEO favorite. Snead's opens at 11:00 for lunch. I hope to see you there.

Option B this week is Red Apple Diner across from the old Metro North Mall area. They have a good breakfast, served all day and the lunch specials have always been good. Let's meet at 9:00, later if you want, lunch is served around 11:00 but they will serve it early if you ask. Probably hot, maybe wet, maybe a great day, so 2, 3 or 4 wheels, hope to see you there.

We had a small crowd of 14 at Red Apple Diner this morning, plenty of good conversations, special guest was Long John, he joined us before heading for his lunch setup lunch at Snead's BBQ. We had a great 'mid-west goodbye', we all stood up to go, then talked in the diner for another 20 minutes or so.

We had 19 at Snead's for lunch. Shortly after we were seated it started raining but stopped as we got ready to leave--perfect timing. Lots of talk about the weekend storms and Slina had pictures of tennis ball+ size hail stones that had hit her sister's house and the damage as they came through the roof and then the ceiling of her dining room. Most of us came through with only minor issues.
