MAY 31ST, 10:00 AM, FLASHBACKS CAFE, TONGANOXIE, KS

Post by Al Hayes »

"Flashbacks Cafe" in Tonganoxie is our pick for this next Wednesday, breakfast, or lunch. They serve breakfast all day long and lunch specials are grilled cheeseburgers or a big ‘ole tenderloin. Debbie says she will be eagerly looking forward to seeing all of us ROMEOS again.

Either on 2, 3, or 4 wheels, you are never too young or too old to ride with the Romeo Riders. There are no rules, programs, dues, or membership fees, and you don’t have to be “Retired” or “Old” to join us. You will always be welcomed when joining our most interesting riders. I think you will find it worth your time gathering with the Romeos.

The forecast is showing a low to moderate chance of precipitation 44% currently. But then, what is a little precipitation to any of us Romeos. So, as always, “Happy Trails” to you and hope to see you all there.

Grand Prize for the "ONE & ONLY"!!!

All-in-all our day started out wet and soggy. But I won’t complain, we needed the moisture. There was a good turnout in spite any inconveniences. As always, it was good visiting with everyone. The food was good, and the service was excellent. Surprisingly enough, our new supply of hats is diminishing fast. We still have a few hats left for anyone who is still interested in getting one.

Mick Lowe brought our one and only motorcycle today. There couldn’t be a more deserving guy to be the winner and receive our grand prize for being the one and only! Dennis Gowing was with us this morning. It was good to see Dennis again, for we haven’t seen him for some time. Welcome back Dennis, you have been away too long. Also, it was good to meet and get acquainted with your lady friend, Hazel.

OK! It’s time for SHOW & TELL:
