Another “newbie” that I think everyone will like. This place has some very interesting characteristics.
Here is a bird’s eye view of what you will find when getting to “Burgers by Biggs”. They grind their own burger daily, with fresh brisket, inside round and ribeye, to make a fantastic burger. Burgers are the focal point here, but they have ground chicken burger as well, with all white meat and zucchini for a healthy option. They hand cut their fries daily and make shakes the old-fashioned way. They also offer a really relaxing touch with a wonderful patio that is always fun to enjoy the sunshine while savoring a most delicious meal … temperature permitting!
The weather forecast looks like it will be about the same as last week, with about 47º for a high. Two, three, or 4 wheels, you won’t want to miss this one! “Happy Trails” to you all and I look forward to seeing you soon!
FYI: Just got word from Randy Butler that Loyal Duffy (coordinator for SE Kansas) has been released from OP Regional Med Ctr. to go home. And Leland Prothe (SKC group) has been released from Olathe Med Ctr. and is home now. Both were in the hospital with heart issues. Everyone’s thoughts & prayers are very much appreciated.

Yes, it was a damp blustery day and didn’t clear until about mid-morning. But that didn’t stop a number of our loyal and die-hard riders. I’ve thought many times how we are truly a group of loyal riders.
Here is my perception of why I so strongly believe in my last statement. This may just be me, but I see our Romeo Riders somewhat like the “Three Musketeer” characters when they announced, “All for one and one for all.”
Forgive me for my pontificating again and for baring my soul to you. I’m easily distracted when thinking about relationships and pure strong character. They seem to be the spice of life for me. My heart goes out to each of you, and I would guess many of you feel the same as I do. So, let’s look at how the day unfolded as we gathered at “BURGERS by BIGGS” today!
One of 2 courageous souls who braved the day on two wheels! Is there a metal for this?
Here is a man after my own heart! Another brave soul riding a scooter. Roger rode from Topeka in rain just to be with our most welcoming and fabulous bike riders.
And look who is here with us today. We dare not leave out “Dakota,” our mascot!
We try to keep her in the loop by sharing our goodies with her. If you haven’t met her yet you need to. She comes to most of the rides.
