North Central Kansas Weekly Ride 8/18/22

This is a place I've had my eye on for a while, waiting for the weather to cool down a little. Wednesday looks a little sketchy, but Thursday is looking better and not quite so hot. We were last here not quite a year ago, and it's always been a good feed.

I've been elbows deep in broke bikes and the city fathers are threatening to rain down hell fire on me about my grass. They don't seem to understand that I'm an old man, and that I only have enough energy to either work on bikes or do yard work, but not both. Since the bikes pay better than the yard I tend to focus more than them. That stems from a strong desire to eat on a regular basis. However I digress. It looks like a good day tomorrow so I figure if we launch from the Iron Skillet @ 11:30 we should touch down in Mankato right about on time. See you there if I don't run amok with a can of gas and a book of matches.
