I’ve been thinking it’s time to go back to Smoked Creations in Ottawa, Ks. I know it’s summer and this is going to be a lunch ride. Weather-wise its looking like another hot day to ride. But look on the bright side … there is an alternative, and that is if you prefer to ride and stay cool bring your four-wheeler and that way you won’t be missed.

I have been given the "GREEN LIGHT" from Jeremy (the Mgr.) to come on down for some of the best mouthwatering BBQ you’ll find anywhere. They will open at 10:30 am especially for us. This is one of our favorites and one you can't go wrong on.

Stay cool and ride safe. I’ll be looking forward to seeing you all again at this next Wednesday’s round up. “Happy Trails” until then!

Today’s ride couldn’t have been any better! We went through the whole day without a hitch. I can’t brag enough about Smoked Creations BBQ. It always delivers with the best of service and food. There were lots of positive comments about what an experience it was to come here. After having an enjoyable chat with the owner I now know why this place is doing so well. If looking for a warm and welcoming place to eat BBQ this is the place!!
