Changes to the forums

In case you didn't notice, or were wondering what happened, I made some changes to the forums.

First, since there are no riding events happening for the foreseeable future, I moved the "Riding Events" forum down the list.

Second, since people may want to buy or sell stuff, I moved the "For Sale" forum from way down at the bottom up where people can find it easier.

Then I created a new forum called "Tech Support" where I put a few new posts on some common "How-to" items. This is where you can post new questions or tips or your own things to make people's computer lives easier.
