Anyway, with the temperature flirting with our 50* low threshold I decided to keep this one close. The meeting went off without a hitch this morning. We recapped the visit of the Big Boy that pulled through town last Wednesday. There are several videos on Face Book. One on particular of it pulling through Hayes in the snow, which was quite impressive. We also redesigned all the bridges along the Big Boy's route just to be sure they could handle the 1.2 million pounds of that monster. But then the Saturn 5 rocket weighed 5 time that much and they sent that straight up. So all things considered I think the bridges could handle the Big Boy. On the more official side of the agenda, the weatherman did another bait and switch on us and dropped the high for tomorrow making it look a little iffy. But for the more adventurous of us we will meet at the Roadway Inn @ 11:30.
