It’s 2020 Spring Rendezvous time!
We are going to a new place this year. We are going about 45 miles east of Harrison Ar on 62 Hwy to MOUNTAIN HOME AR. Rendezvous dates are Tuesday May 5th and Wednesday May 6th, 2020. I know some of us will go down on Monday May 4th. We will be staying at the Quality Inn and Suites. I do suggest making your reservations as soon as possible. The price is $104.02 per night including all taxes and a hot breakfast. Breakfast is served beginning at 6:00 AM. The price is the same for a single or double room. If we get enough rooms booked early, we automatically get the meeting room booked for us. Remember we paid $92.00 at the hub + $12.00 for breakfast. Do the math and it’s about the same price and heat, air and showers work.
We will have a group meal on Wednesday evening at Whispering Woods Restaurant, 4245 Hwy 117 South, Jordan AR 72519. Since the evening meal is located about 30 minutes from the motel, we will be eating at 5:00 PM. This is earlier than we have in the past but will allow us to eat and return to the motel before it gets dark.
I am planning to have a 50-50 drawing and a drawing for a prize which is being donated by CYCLE GEAR in Lenexa. These drawings will take place Wednesday evening May 6th at 8:00 PM in the motel meeting room.
