The 2018 MotoGP season starts this Sunday, with the nighttime race in Qatar. BeIn Sports will be running the races at 12:30 PM CDT on Sunday, with a repeat broadcast at 7:30 CDT. There's also a one hour 2017 season recap at 7:30 PM Thursday, and 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM Friday.
BeIn is channel 2292 (high def,) and channel 292 (std def) on Cox Cable. It's a few extra bucks a month, but well worth it in my opinion. (BeIn also runs all the WorldSuperbike and MotoAmerica races.) I understand that it's also available on Direct and other satellite and cable providers.
