The weatherman is up and running with 50% chance of rain om Friday. Again, again, again, I'm sick of rain forecast. Anyhow since he's right sme of the time we will stay mid valley and we will be going to Panchos at 4300 N 2nd street in Mcallen. They have breakfast, Mexican lunch buffet , and a menu to order from so you should be able to find something to eat. It's next door to Mr Gattis where we went earlier...North of Nolana Loup or just come up Col Rowe and it will change to 2nd We been there before good food and service so come hungry.
