New Years Lunch 11AM ***MONDAY*** Jan 1, Breck's Green Acres, Vassar, KS

Will be carrying on with the "traditional" New Years day at Green Acres, though right now forecast is so cold I kind of doubt we'll fill the parking lot up with bikes. Green Acres will be great as always and so will the BS about motorcycles and everything else, even if it's too cold to ride, so get out the cage and come on down!

NOTE: Will NOT be posting a "ride" for Wednesday (Jan. 3) which is also forecast to have a sub-freezing high. Rather than have 2 "RODEO" gatherings in one very cold week, we'll be having the New Years Day lunch instead.

We had 20-something people who braved the sub-zero temps this New Years Day and made it to Green Acres... all of us via 4 wheels with a heater. With some of the coldest weather we've had since the 1980's according to the weather man, this turned out as expected to be a "RODEO" ride where nobody wanted to make their motorcycle get out in the cold ;) Plenty of good food and good conversation as always though :!:

Reminder the next regular Wednesday lunch will be JANUARY 10 and Mick will be posting something for that one later this week--let's keep fingers crossed we'll actually get into the "balmy" 40's that at least one forecast was predicting...and maybe even a motorcycle or two will be seen :o
