We were last at Syl's about a year ago. Everybody likes the place, but I try to save it for cold weather rides when we want to minimize the distance. You can order off the menu, but the real deal is the lunch buffet. They serve breakfast until 10:30, and the lunch buffet starts at 11:00.

Syl's is located on Wichita Street, which is a couple of blocks north of 53rd Street. Colwich is less than twenty miles from Wichita, so bundle up and ride or jump in the car.

I'll still be down on South Padre Island, but Brian will have the sign-in book. I should be back in time to join everyone on February 8.

Decent day to lunch at Syl's in Colwich. Today was windy but sunny, a chilly 36* when I rolled out and 46* when I got back home. We had 21 for lunch, 14 bikes rolled 574 miles to arrive at Syls. Nice group considering the cool winter day.
GLOVES were found on the street. See the last photo. If these are your gloves I'll be happy to give them to you at the next ROMEO lunch ride, or message me through private message (top right of this page) and we can make arrangements for return.
