When I logged in on my new phone it said Tapatalk on this forum needed updated that some features may not work? So I tried to search Tapatalk to find an old thread and it kept telling me to log in but I was?? Has it been updated lately? Thanks!

No, it has not been updated in a while - didn't know if anyone was using it. Let me take a look at what is involved and I will post here again in a bit...

Yes, there is progress, and that progress is the reason you have probably had to sign in. I have updated the application twice and finally fixed the broken extension that was causing all the problems. Now that that is done I can't get Tapatalk to register with their server. I have engaged their support and we are going back and forth with Q&A (I think they are from India). But that is progress anyway.
