Talk about a Turkey shoot. Every time I check the weather forecast it's different. Monday it now says will be warmer, but probably more chance of rain and definitely a colder start time. Tuesday not so bad except for the wind which will be a factor both days. The nice thing about Tuesday (if the forecast stays the same and is true) is that it will be almost as warm at start time as at noon.

I called or should say tried to call four places and fell back on one of the tried and true places. This being one of the problems of trying to out guess the weather the restaurants aren't open on Sunday and Monday to see if they want us. So once again we get to check out Highway 56. This was the place we started the year and usually takes pretty good care of us.

This place is not in Scranton as the address suggest but the corner of Highway 56 and Highway 75. Long range forecast says this may be the last chance for a pleasent ride for a couple of weeks. So come on out and get your Knees in the breeze.
