Veterans Salute, 9:00am, 17 October 2015, Mid-Continent Public Library, Platte City Branch. Featured attractions include vintage military vehicles, rare memorabilia and much more. MYMCPL.org/events. I've been to this and it is a must for veterans, there are Military Officers from several countries, outside military vehicles from WWII and more recent, military band concert, inside displays from collectors of German, Japanese and other war memorabilia. Great for grandkids, two, three or four wheels, drive on over.
