As I am posting this the forecast is for rain. I picked a place that is far enough away so it will be worth putting on the rain gear. I cut my estimate down to 30 in anticipation of a smaller number. However, anymore rain sleet or snow doesn't seem to make much difference to you guys.

Ride Safe and I hope to see you Tuesday.

OCTOBER 19, 2009 Check out this lunch in Plattsburg, MO (We all have aged and some are gone)

I got so taken by riding today that I forgot to take many pictures. I am sorry if I scared you off with my "rain forecast" It was an absolutely beautiful day for riding. 68 degrees and mostly overcast on the Seventh of July :o and soooo green. I can't every remember Missouri looking like this in July.

It always amazes me how far ROMEOs will ride for a meal. Denny rode 168 miles from Camden Point, MO. Larry #3 rode 236 miles from Valley Falls, KS and Corwin rode 274 MILES from Chanute, KS.
I have never been to Jamie's. I got lost. I thought it was on the main street, but it wasn't. Corwin followed me, thinking surely I knew where I was going  Silly guy :D The food was goodThe service was FASTand friendship reigns supreme ;)

Randy will pick the place for next week. Missy and I are heading to Wisconsin. We usually go to Wisconsin this time of year to cool off. This year it looks like we had better take along the heated gear!!
