Why don't you setup a lunch at We B Smokin' and I will bring pickup load of pecans ." Boy, you can't beat that, a great place to eat and some of the best locally grown pecans around. He has always been a perfect host, so I thought we should give him a break this year. It is not part of my plan, but you know you are welcome to go out to the farm anytime. What a grand day. We filled We B Smokin and everyone had a good day. My biggest thrill was seeing Danny D. He had open heart surgery less than 2 weeks again. Isn't that remarkable? That makes three heart surgeries, that I know of this year, and they are all doing well. Randy was one of the three, and Carol took the day off to be with us today. [attachment=1]003.JPG[/attachment]Dan and Glenda took coming on three wheels to the extreme and flew over.[attachment=0]004.JPG[/attachment]In case you haven't noticed I love their baked beans. To some this might not look appealling but to a connoisseur of baked bean this makes my mouth water [attachment=2]001.JPG[/attachment]Melissa was very happy to see me come home with the pecans. I can't wait to taste what see does with them. Tricia and her friend drove down from Raytown just to get pecans. Prothe pecan are really good. I don't get that bitter taste that you get with some pecans. They are always fresh and have no chemicals on them. I have noticed some can be a little too sweet, those are the ones Slina sorts
