Lunch 11 AM, July 9, Lebo, Ks.

Everyone seems to like the Lebo Diner since the food is great and the location is a nice ride for most of us in our area. I talked with Mac, the cook on Wednesdays, and he told me he has become "regionally famous" for his specialty hamburgers that he does on Wednesdays. So he'll have a ROMEO Burger Special that will be between $7.29 and $8.29 depending on how fancy he gets. I told him that if there's anything the East Kansas Romeo's are famous for, it's FANCY!
They are also open for breakfast and serve breakfast all day so breakfast eaters can get there a little earlier and do your thing, and don't make too much of mess for the more sophisticated palates of the lunch eaters who usually arrive around 10:30.

So have a great time in Lebo on the 9th. As a side note, I won't be there because I'll be somewhere between Montana and Oregon, but Swanee will be, and he will be coordinating rides on the 16th and 23rd for sure, and if I'm having so much fun that I don't want to come back, maybe he'll get the coordinator gig permanently!

Thanks Linda for posting the pictures from Lebo. Looks like everyone was having a good time. We are spending the night in Red Lodge, MT after riding from Casper this morning. If you've never ridden over Chief Joseph Highway or Bear Tooth Pass from Cody to Red Lodge, you need to put that on your bucket list! Absolutely stunning! See you all in a couple of weeks.
