Tues 4/30/24 Ginger Sue's in Olathe, KS or Catricks' Cafe in Lawson, MO

Option A this week is a new restaurant for the South KC ROMEOs, Ginger Sue's in Olathe. The North KC ROMEOs went to Ginger Sue's in Liberty a couple of weeks ago and I saw they had an Olathe location. Breakfast or lunch. I told them we would schedule for 11:00 but some of us might show up earlier for breakfast. They said no problem. Hope to see you there!

Option B this week will be Catrick's Cafe in Lawson, MO, we have not been there since 2021 and it's way past time to visit them again. Forecast is for Warm and clear looks like a good day to ride. They have a large breakfast group coming in early so we are set up for 11:00 as always be safe! Breakfast is served all day and lunch starts at 11:00.

Lee is under the weather today, so I helped out with the pictures. We had 10 show up, Gary D. came up from Urich, MO. Food and service were good as always.

We had 28 ROMEOs at Ginger Sue's in Olathe on an absolutely beautiful morning. I was happy to see Charlie D. there. He's been down a long, hard road but he's back. We filled the place and moved around quite a bit as people tried to connect with everybody. The restaurant was very impressive. They got peoples orders almost as soon as they were seated, found additional seating as needed and quickly brought out the food. Plus kept the coffee cups cups filled. I was impressed how well they handled the crowd. I hope you enjoyed the morning as much as I. Thanks to all that chipped in to support the ROMEO website. I will have the donation can at lunch until the Rendezvous.
